Marina Adams, Huma Bhabha, Ross Bleckner, Marlene Dumas, Louis Fratino, Jenny Holzer, Glenn Ligon, Sarah Sze, Wolfgang Tillmans, Stanley Whitney and 38 others

A benefit show of works by 48 artists, among them Marlene Dumas, Glenn Ligon and Wolfgang Tillmans, raising money for the Ali Forney Center.

Paintings, drawings, photographs and prints by artists including Huma Bhabha, Jenny Holzer, Sarah Sze and Stanley Whitney are on sale to raise money for the Ali Forney Center, which shelters and supports homeless LGBTQ+ young people in New York. Organized by the artist and advisor Stephen Truax, it is the gallery’s second such benefit; last year’s raised nearly $1 million and paid for 45 new permanent beds. The title quotes James Baldwin.
