B-LA-M

An exchange between artist-run initiatives in Berlin, Los Angeles and Mexico City

Work by artists from three artist-run initiatives in Los Angeles and Berlin, plus a dark-room program of over twenty new films.

B-LA-M is a three-year exchange among artist-run gallery networks in Berlin, Los Angeles and Mexico City. It began in Berlin in 2024 with 54 galleries, moved to Mexico City in 2025, and now reaches Los Angeles. This presentation features artists from UOOORS, the Venice Institute of Contemporary Art and Die Möglichkeit einer Insel.

In the dark room, ViCA screens more than twenty new films by artists from around the world. B-LA-M is also staged at galleries across Los Angeles from October 28 to November 4.
