Raina LeeStolen
New ceramic sculptures by Raina Lee, including works shaped as paintings and postcards after historical artworks.
Lee’s solo exhibition presents new work in ceramic, the medium she has pursued since studying at Glendale Community College. Her sculptures often take the form of paintings and postcards that reproduce historical artworks, as in The Concert, after Vermeer’s painting stolen from the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum.
It is her first solo presentation at Make Room.
