Rose B. SimpsonLEXICON

Two cars customized with Pueblo pottery designs, parked in front of a large geometric wall design.

In 2014 Simpson, an artist from Santa Clara Pueblo, rebuilt a 1985 Chevy El Camino in a black-on-black Tewa pottery pattern and named it Maria, after the potter Maria Martinez. The show also debuts her second car, Bosque, a 1964 Buick Riviera painted in bright colors.

It is included in general admission.
