Etchings by two abstract artists: Tuttle’s 26-print invented alphabet and Odita’s color-field prints.
Tuttle’s portfolio Type (2003) is an invented alphabet in 26 small color etchings, each with a piece of the printers’ tarlatan wiping cloth laid in by chine collé. Odita’s 2022 prints, among them Bliss and Net, run syncopated vertical lines across fields of strong color.
All the works were made and published at Crown Point Press.
