Opening soon
Wed, Oct 21Live painting by Lucamaleonte in the foyer, 10 am–5 pm approx.
Two monumental sculptures of a brain and a heart by Andrea Olivari, with a live painting by Lucamaleonte, in the museum foyer.
Staged for the 80th anniversary of Bristol Myers Squibb in Italy, the three-day show looks at health and innovation through contemporary art. Andrea Olivari shows two large layered sculptures, a Brain standing for vision and a Heart for empathy, made for the occasion.
Street artist Lucamaleonte paints a new work live on the first day, drawing on botanical motifs and the structure of DNA. Both artists’ works remain in the foyer, free to see, through 23 October.
