Simon’s first solo show in New York in more than eight years pairs large oils on linen, among them Gulli (Storm Drain), Asphalt, Kettensäge (Chainsaw) and Die Strasse (The Street), with soft sculptures made of fabric and cotton wool: a pigeon, a jacket, a pair of mules, a storm drain and a cigarette box with three cigarettes.
