Paintings by five artists, chosen by guest curator Peter Makebish around color, rhythm and intuitive process.
Guest curator Peter Makebish built the show from a single painting whose color drew him in, then followed that impulse from one work to the next. Each painting reflects a different process, but all keep returning to color.
Makebish describes the selection as intuitive and personal, with nothing to decode: just color, rhythm and a streamlined sense of beauty. Five artists are included, among them Nathan Dilworth.
