New paintings, wall paintings and folding screens tracing a passage from night to day and back to dusk.

Cinto’s installation moves from a dark blue tondo, Nocturne, at the entrance through twilight to a large sunrise tondo, Aurora, then smaller golden daytime skyscapes and a closing dusk blue. The sun and stars serve as a way to think about light and shadow, presence and absence.

Two large folding screens divide the space, each gold and finely drawn on one side and loosely brushed on blue on the other. This is her twelfth solo show at the gallery, which first showed her in 1999.
