Ann ChristopherThe Other Side of Silence
Recent drawings and sculptures by Ann Christopher, made after a five-year break from the studio, shown with earlier work.
The show follows Christopher’s return to the studio after a five-year hiatus. Her new sculptures have knife-edge forms set at irregular angles, while the drawings, in pastel, crayon and graphite, play gestural marks against rigid ones.
Earlier drawings and sculptures are shown alongside to give the new series context. The exhibition is organized in collaboration with Pangolin Sculpture Gallery, London.
