New paintings by Bleckner built from images he has saved for years, reworked until they hover between bodies, diagrams and abstraction.
Bleckner’s fourth solo show with the gallery brings new oils that grow out of photographs gathered from newspapers, books and the internet, each painting leading into the next.
In Medicine Cabinet (2025), a web of red lines and organic shapes suggests veins, cells or an anatomy chart; in Where Is My Body (2025), pink lattices drift over fields of blue and white; in The Dancers (2026), see-through bodies take shape out of broad strokes of paint.
