Video, film photography, painting, drawing and sculpture by seven studio members that take apart and reassemble the human body.
The second half of Kunstraum’s 2026 Members’ Exhibitions, drawn from its residency and studio programs and curated by Imogen Aukland, looks at the human body as something broken apart and rebuilt. Works range from oil portraiture and pencil drawing to film photography, video and a motorized silicone sculpture of two fingers.
Daniel McKleinfeld’s videos dissolve bodies in digital static, while Maomao’s Warrior is a helmet with no figure inside. It follows the first part, After Form.
