Contemporary Living Spaces: AI in Interior Design
Miyi Dai Studio × FLOHAUS Gallery
Three residential interior projects by Miyi Dai Studio, shown through hand-drawn origins and AI-generated renderings.
The show presents three New York residential projects by Miyi Dai Studio: Dumbo Loft, UWS Condo and Brooklyn House. The first two began as hand drawings, material studies and work with craftspeople, and are revisited here through AI-generated interpretations of spaces already built. Brooklyn House used AI-assisted renderings early on to test lighting, atmosphere and materials.
It is the first collaboration between the gallery and the studio, and asks what AI adds to design and what still rests on human judgment.
