Sep 18 – Oct 31, 2026 Tribeca

New drawings, neon and LED slogans and a film program on protest and workers’ rights, made as the 2026 midterm elections approach.

Graphite drawings isolate protesters Bowers photographed during Donald Trump’s first term, and large drawings on collaged cardboard pair women with the anvil, an old emblem of labor. Neon and LED pieces read “Fascism Isn’t Freedom” and “Eco Not Ego.”

The Industrial Workers of the World’s 1910 black cat tops accounts of activists facing long prison terms. A film program of documentaries and shorts since the 1970s, curated with Lindsay Mofford, runs alongside. It is her sixth solo show with the gallery.
