Verde Speranza - Vincitori Contest

Luca Avigo, Silvia Forno, Rosalba Avventura, Anna Nagy and others, winners of the AMBIENTE and URBAN contests

Photographs by the winners of two contests, one on wild vegetation reclaiming cities, the other on urban transformation.

The show brings together the selected entries of AMBIENTE and URBAN, two photography contests run by Officine Fotografiche as part of the two-year project Paesaggi Antropici. Fifteen authors were chosen for each.

AMBIENTE looks at spontaneous plant life resisting and retaking built-up spaces. URBAN turns to the changing city, its architecture and the relations that run through it. Together the pictures form a shared account of the contemporary landscape.
