More than 250 paintings, sculptures, decorative arts, posters, jewelry and photographs from Brussels’s Art Nouveau-era scene.

The show revisits the Belgian section of the 1900 Paris Universal Exposition, where some 150 paintings and sculptures from Brussels won unanimous praise and established the city as a leading European art center at the turn of the twentieth century. It brings together over 250 works in painting, sculpture, decorative arts, posters, jewelry, photography and architecture from that moment.

Organized with the Royal Museums of Fine Arts of Belgium, the Royal Museums of Art and History and the Royal Library of Belgium (KBR), which have lent works for the occasion, with additional support from the Musée d’Orsay.
