The show is the first institutional presentation in the UK devoted to Accardi (Trapani, 1924–Rome, 2014), a leading figure in Italian postwar art.
It is staged as a collaboration between the Estorick Collection and Compton Verney in Warwickshire, with a landmark exhibition at each venue running at the same time.
