Timur Si-QinPristine, Part I

Albion Jeune

Oct 12 – Nov 14, 2026 Fitzrovia

New sculptures of roots, trunks, leaves and other plant forms drawn from species of the Peruvian Amazon.

Si-Qin made these sculptures after observing and documenting particular plant species in the Peruvian Amazon, carrying those encounters with individual plants and sacred places into new forms. The show argues that intact wilderness still exists, and that it is a living reality, not a lost Eden.

It is the first chapter of a larger body of work, and continues the artist’s interest in a contemporary spirituality of nature. A first monograph with Albion Jeune Publishing is planned for spring 2027.
