### *In Their Name: Día de Los Muertos 2026*

Group exhibition · Oct 24 – Nov 20, 2026 · coming up

Monique Lopez, Crystal de Alba, David Tafolla and others

- Fri, Oct 23, 2026: Opening reception, 6–9 pm

New work and personal altars honoring mother figures across generations, in the 27th annual Day of the Dead exhibition.

Co-curated by Rio Yañez and Bridgétt Rex, carrying on the exhibition founded by René Yañez, the 27th annual show takes mothering — by birth, chosen and drag families alike — as an act of care and resistance against patriarchal harm.

Alongside new work, participating artists install personal altars dedicated to loved ones who have died, continuing the Día de los Muertos tradition. This year’s exhibition is dedicated to the late artist Tosha Stimage.
