# *After Un percorso di lavoro. Fendi / Karl Lagerfeld 1985*

A restaging of the museum’s 1985 exhibition on Karl Lagerfeld’s work for Fendi, one of the first to bring fashion into an Italian museum.

The 1985 show marked twenty years of Lagerfeld’s collaboration with Fendi and traced how a garment moves from first idea to design and production. The new version, conceived by Maria Grazia Chiuri and curated by Maria Luisa Frisa, follows Lagerfeld’s original sequence of sections, among them Tavolette, Caleidoscopio, Teatro, Schizzi and Computer, in different rooms.

Original drawings and objects return on the old display structures where possible, with reproductions standing in for missing pieces, and a selection of the 1985 press coverage closes the show.
