# Kader Attia and Elizabeth Peyton: *Les Hôtes du Louvre. Kader Attia et Elizabeth Peyton* Sep 24 – Dec 14, 2026 · on view · Sully wing, Salle de la Chapelle A film, an installation, paintings and drawings by Kader Attia and Elizabeth Peyton, the fruit of two years with studios inside the Louvre. From 2024 to summer 2026 both artists kept studios in the museum, working alongside its staff and among its visitors; they now share the Salle de la Chapelle. Attia (born 1970 in Dugny) shows a film and an installation drawn from his own long acquaintance with the museum and the act of looking. Peyton (born 1965 in Connecticut) shows paintings and drawings after Louvre works she has studied since youth, beside portraits made in her palace studio. Organized with the artists by Donatien Grau and Nicolas Marbeau.
