Gregor HildebrandtPark by POCO
New works by Gregor Hildebrandt that take the garden as their frame, drawing on music, books and film he rescues from obscurity.
Hildebrandt’s new body of work treats the garden as a place of growth, accumulation and renewal, a metaphor that runs from Adam and Eve to Candide and the musician Blixa Bargeld. His gardens are cultural ones, built from the material traces of songs, books and films.
Among the twelve works, all from 2026, are Heimatfluren, Wurzel, Apfelbaum, Beenzer Wald and Eiscafé Capri.
