# *okay chaos* Group exhibition · Oct 1, 2026 – Sep 30, 2027 · on view Saâdane Afif, Hans Arp, Rosa Barba, James Lee Byars, Julie Mehretu, Bruce Nauman, Wolfgang Tillmans and others The collection’s 30th presentation gathers works by some forty artists around chaos as a source of creation rather than a threat. Curated by Clara Meister, the presentation draws on the Hoffmann collection to treat chaos in its ancient Greek sense: an open, formless, boundless space full of potential, a field of possibility and a creative force. Artists include Saâdane Afif, Rosa Barba, Julie Mehretu, Bruce Nauman, Hiroshi Sugimoto, Wolfgang Tillmans and Franz West. Permanent works in the Sophie-Gips-Höfe passages and courtyards, by Gunda Förster, Thomas Locher, Lawrence Weiner and Teresa Murak, remain on view.
