## Exhibitions

### Susan Hiller: *Bad Dreams*

Oct 17, 2026 – Jan 10, 2027 · coming up

- Fri, Oct 16, 2026: Opening of the fall program, 7–10 pm

The first Berlin survey of Susan Hiller, the late US-born, London-based artist who spent five decades on dreams, the paranormal and the uncanny.

Hiller (1940–2019) worked in Berlin in the early 2000s. The survey gathers her installations, films and objects on how visions, trances, UFO sightings and near-death experiences are pictured and retold: ghostly images, floating bodies, recorded voices, children’s wallpaper and toy kitchens, bottles of holy water, and her early work using the internet.

Curated by Emma Enderby and Liberty Adrien.

### Koo Jeong A: *OUSSSEAN*

Oct 17, 2026 – Jan 10, 2027 · coming up

- Fri, Oct 16, 2026: Opening of the fall program, 7–10 pm

KOO JEONG A’s first major solo show in Germany: shaking walls, magnet towers, drawings and glow-in-the-dark paintings from three decades.

The South Korean artist, born in 1967, lived in Berlin through the 1990s and 2000s. Key works from the past decades are rearranged for KW’s building, using light, magnetism, phosphorescence, scent, sound and vibration to make environments that ask for slow, close attention. The title comes from Ousss, an imaginary realm the artist invented.

Curated by Emma Enderby and Liberty Adrien.

### Rafik Greiss: *The City and the City*

Oct 17, 2026 – Jan 10, 2027 · coming up

- Fri, Oct 16, 2026: Opening of the fall program, 7–10 pm

The first institutional solo show of the Egyptian artist Rafik Greiss, built around a new film of waiting figures in the desert.

At the center is Greiss’s newly commissioned film The City and the City, an essay-like work in which mysterious figures keep watch across vast desert landscapes for an event that never quite arrives; its soundtrack, by the musician 7038634357, fills the gallery. A series of black-and-white photographs of objects, artifacts and emptied places accompanies it.

Greiss, born in 1997, is based in Paris and Cairo. Curated by Emma Enderby and Liberty Adrien.
