Patricia Morosan,dass jeder Stein ist
Photography, screen prints, sculpture and video drawing on the Normandy cliffs of Les Vaches Noires and geological time.
Morosan takes the 100-million-year-old cliffs of Les Vaches Noires on the Normandy coast as a starting point for imagining the non-human and geological timescales, and for feminized ways of thinking about care and coexistence with the more-than-human world.
Stone appears as a living, active presence across photography, screen printing, sculpture and video. The work draws on posthumanist thinkers including Jane Bennett, Donna Haraway and Bruno Latour, mixing poetic, scientific and speculative narratives.
